Exchange Policy

To be eligible for an exchange, please ensure the following conditions are met:

  2. Packaging: The product must be returned in its original packaging.
  3. Proof of Purchase: You will need to provide a receipt or proof of purchase.

Damaged or Incorrect Items:

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately. We will evaluate the issue and make it right by providing an exchange.

Non-Exchangeable Items:

Certain items cannot be exchanged, including:

  • Perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants)
  • Custom products (such as special orders or personalized items)
  • Personal care goods (such as beauty products)
  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

Exchange Process:

To initiate an exchange, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact us at picknjump.ind@gmail.com to inform us of your intent to exchange the item. Provide your order number and a brief explanation of why you wish to exchange the product.

  2. Our customer support team will guide you through the exchange process, providing instructions on how and where to send your package or arranging for our courier partner to pick it up from your address.

  3. Pack the item securely in its original packaging along with the receipt or proof of purchase.

  4. Once we receive the item and confirm that it meets our exchange eligibility criteria, we will process the exchange.

  5. You will receive the replacement item in a timely manner.

 

Refunds:

Please note that we no longer offer refunds. Exchanges are the only option available for returns.
